If you require a carer, a complimentary ticket is available for their attendance to support your needs at the event. Please click the correct link below to request a carer ticket and upload your supporting documents.

Please note – carer tickets are manually issued. Please allow 2 working days to receive your carer ticket. One carer ticket is permitted per booked ticket where required. If you have booked multiple accessible tickets, please complete a form for each accessible customer who requires a carer.

To confirm eligibility for a carer ticket, we kindly ask for proof of access requirements, such as one of the following: *A copy of a valid Access Card * A letter from your GP or medical professional * Proof of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP)* A Blue Badge (photo ID side).

Info for Accessible Parking Ticket Holders

Accessible parking requires an accessible parking ticket. You can book parking tickets on the ticket page for your event.

(This is also the exit for all vehicles.)

Accessible parking area. Note that this is adjacent to, but not within, the coach car park.

From the Accessible car park the arena Gate E is in close proximity (less than 500yards / 430 metres / 0.2 of a mile on flat tarmac). PLEASE NOTE – If this distance is impractical / unmanageable we suggest the best option is to make use of the pick-up and drop-off facility which is less than 300 yards from the performance but is on a less even surface.

Car Park Gates Open – 4:50pm Thursday and Friday, 1:50pm Saturday

• Event Gates Open – 5pm Thursday and Friday. 2pm Saturday

• Last Entry – 8pm

• Event End Time – Approx. 10:30pm

Once you have passed through security and bag check, you will not be able to leave the concert arena. If you leave, you will not be able to re-enter.

There are no facilities for camping, caravans or campervans on the Floors Castle Estate.
