Where is the event?

The event will be held at Floors Castle in Kelso.

 The easiest way to travel to and from the event is via our express buses, which can be booked with your tickets. More information is available from the Transport page.

Alternatively you can purchase a car park ticket which entitles you to park at the site for the duration of the event. Please note, you must remove your car by 11:30 PM on the night of the concert at the latest. There are no overnight parking options. The nearest train stations are located in Berwick and Tweedbank. Please note, music is scheduled to finish around 10pm.

Yes, parking is available for purchase with your ticket. You can park your car at the site for the duration of the event. Please note, you must remove your car by 11:30 PM on the night of the concert at the latest. There are no overnight parking options. Disabled parking and VIP parking options are also available for purchase when purchasing your ticket.

 There are a number of local hotels, bed and breakfast, Air BnB and campervan sites. 

There are no ticket refunds. You can purchase ticket protection for the event which entitles you to a refund in specific circumstances.

You can access the site from 17:00 and enjoy the scenery, bars and food vendors. Last entry to the site is at 20:00. 

The event will finish around 22:00. Return buses leave Floors Castle from 22:30.

We advise you arrive at the designated bus pick up 15 mins before departure time to get checked in. It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the pick up point on time for both the outbound and inbound legs of the journey. Bus tickets are non-refundable. 

Yes, we have dedicated accessible parking which can be booked alongside your ticket. 

VIP tickets include early site access (one hour before general admission), a special VIP area with access to the VIP bar and food vendor, VIP toilets and the option to purchase VIP parking closer to the site.

Portable chairs are not allowed on site. You can purchase a seated ticket for the grandstand seating area if you would prefer to enjoy the event seated.

We will send you a QR code via email which will act as your ticket. If you have any issues please email floors@xfire.live with your order information.

This is an outdoor event and as such we strongly recommend you dress appropriately for all weathers.

Yes, there will be toilets situated across the venue. Should you be in VIP you will have access to the VIP toilets. For our accessible attendees, accessible toilets will be provided. 

Yes, we will have multiple bars across the site selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We will be operating Challenge 25 and as such strongly recommend that you bring your ID with you to ensure you can purchase an alcoholic drink if you wish to do so. Please note, you will not be allowed to enter the premises with alcohol or any other liquids. Entry searches are in operation.

No dogs are allowed on site with the exception of registered guide dogs. Should you be bringing a registered guide dog you must inform us in advance at floors@xfire.live

Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, no fewer than 1 adult to 4 under 16s. Both adult and under 16 attendees require a ticket. U16 tickets are available at a discounted rate. Under 5s can attend free with a U5s ticket. Please note – prams and buggies are not allowed on site. U16s and U5s are not permitted for grandstand seating or VIP areas.
